WHAT DO SESSIONS LOOK LIKE?:
During sessions, we will work collaboratively, and I centre the session around your needs and strengths.

I offer experiential sessions, where we can practice the portable skills you can bring into your daily life, if this is what you are looking for. I also offer a comforting space to talk about difficult things - to understand your own and others' unique needs and perspectives - and help you gain insight and clarity so you can move towards the things that matter most to you.

WHAT CAN
WE WORK ON TOGETHER?:
-
daily life stress/life transitions
-
feelings of confusion, feeling lost
-
feeling at a crossroads, unable to make decisions
-
anxiety
-
depression
-
addiction and substance use
-
grief and loss.
-
impacts of trauma - related to childhood experiences, relationships, or work (like first responders),
-
The past and ongoing effects of colonialism, racism, sexism, discrimination, and the medical system (front line workers, people accessing the system) or other experiences such as:
-
natural disasters, sexual assault, intimate partner violence
I will continue to expand my scope of practice every year with professional development and will update you on the new services as I am able.
