Well, would you look at that — you're neurodivergent.

Cool. You're in good company.

You probably found your way here after learning a bit about ADHD and thinking, “Huh... that sounds familiar.”

Personally, I see ADHD—and really any diagnosis from the DSM (Diagnostic and Statistical Manual)—as a lens you can "try on" to better understand yourself. If that lens helps things make sense, fab. Keep it. If it doesn't, toss it out the window, and look for something else that fits better.

Sometimes, simply having language for your experiences and finding a community that gets it can bring a huge sense of relief. Other times, you might need additional support, answers, or tools.

All are completely valid.

Group Hug Outdoors

Drawing on both lived experience as a neurodivergent individual and specialized training in ADHD support, I offer neurodiversity-affirming counselling tailored to the unique needs of people with ADHD and other neurodivergent presentations. My practice emphasizes strengths-based strategies, executive functioning support, emotional regulation, self-advocacy, and sustainable wellbeing.

Whether you've been told from a young age that something about you needs fixing, you're exploring whether ADHD helps explain your experiences, or you've recently been diagnosed and aren't quite sure what comes next, you're welcome here.

I'm here to support you wherever you are in your journey. Everyone's relationship with ADHD and neurodiversity is different, and that's part of what makes this community so deeply personal. There are plenty of opinions, labels, and perspectives out there, but what matters most is finding language that feels true to your own experience.

Together, we can explore what ADHD means for you. We can learn to appreciate the ways our brains work while also acknowledging the challenges that can come with navigating a world that wasn't always designed with us in mind.
